Youth Athletic Development Program – Interest Form

This program will not focus on a single sport. Instead, it will develop transferable athletic skills that benefit children across multiple sports. The goal is to improve overall athleticism — including agility, balance, power, mobility, and body control — in a safe, structured, and age-appropriate environment.


This program is intended for children (11 - 16 year olds) who are already actively involved in at least one sport, as the sessions are designed to support and enhance their sporting performance rather than replace their participation in sport.


By building strong movement foundations early, young athletes can improve performance in their chosen sport, reduce injury risk, and develop confidence, discipline, and long-term physical literacy.
